Leadership:

Lead/motivate/train/develop staff of 15-20 team members

Maintain a high standard of customer service by greeting and talking to customers, providing consistent speedy service and ensuring customers are satisfied with every visit to Brewed Awakenings.

Hire and maintain a motivated, responsible staff with particular focus on a strong management team of shift supervisors and other employees based on store requirements

Provide constant coaching and direction to shift supervisors and staff to develop and grow a successful team.

Lead by example, provide a professional attitude toward all employees at all times.

Planning & Business:

Balance your time between managing your team and assisting with other management responsibilities.

Responsible for the overall daily operations of the store, including scheduling staff, ordering inventory, COG/inventory control, as well as monthly inventory &audits.

Responsible for preparing the daily cash outs and employee cash drawers.

Responsible for the weekly safe audit and daily cash on hand.

Responsible for interviewing, training, and scheduling staff effectively while meeting weekly payroll goals and ensuring all standards and procedures are being adhered to by the staff. Must be able to effectively and quickly confront tough issues and resolve problems constructively. This may include verbal and written warnings and terminations.

Ensure food and beverage presentation is consistently exceptional and store is meticulously clean.

Constantly strive to increase sales through implementation of new products, promotions, sampling, and marketing.

Business:

Use business tools to manage operations daily, weekly and monthly.

Review Product Mix reports daily, weekly and monthly to understand sales volume, dollars and cost of goods including waste, to plan weekly ordering of products, product planning.

Use monthly inventory totals to effectively monitor COG and achieve monthly goals.

Process weekly payroll and labor reports to corporate office.

Us Use sales and labor reports to effectively schedule staff to maintain payroll goals.

CConduct employee performance reviews, set challenging goals to improve employee performance .

Requirements :

3 Years Management Experience

Full Time

Primary hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Odd shifts such as nights and/or weekends may be necessary throughout the month based on business needs.

Food Safety Certified

Starting salary is $40k-$50k with bonus potential.
